UNITED STATES.- It was recently reported that the Russian module “Naruka” has experienced a series of strange events. While docking with the International Space Station (ISS), its thrusters started firing for no apparent reason. This event caused a dramatic moment and NASA explained that it was working to find out more about the situation. In this context, NASA detailed that the crew is safe and that the ship is not damaged. But it all became a real hotbed of suspense when the “Naruka” arrived at the ISS at 9.29am on July 29, 2021. In this way, and after docking, members of the Station checked for leaks at the point of interface and they were able to integrate the computers into the newcomer module. But suddenly the so-called Russian Multipurpose Laboratory started firing its thrusters at 12:45 p.m. Additionally, it was reported that this caused the loss of 45 degree trim control and the reason is unknown at this time. Likewise, it was explained that it was thanks to the flight controllers of the ISS who were able to perform a counterweight roll check. This recovery has worked well and the International Space Station has returned to its traditional orientation. During this time, no damage or injuries were reported and NASA itself revealed that the limbs had never been in danger. For now, the ISS is stable and recovery operations continue, even with the Naruka powered and docked at the Station. The members continue to monitor what happened and the doubt about the firing of the propellants of the module remains latent.
