E3 2021 – Prepare to travel to Mexico with Forza Horizon 5

anime

The title will be released on November 9. It’s official: Forza Horizon 5 will be released this year and will take us to the beautiful lands of Mexico. Presented at the Xbox-Bethesda Games Showcase, the fifth installment of the Playground Games automotive saga has shown its full potential with various gameplay sequences and will be released on Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC, but also via xCloud on November 9. Of course, it will be available from day one on Xbox Game Pass. During the presentation, the studio claimed that the game’s map is the largest and most diverse ever in the series, with ever-changing environments. The landscapes we were able to see are absolutely breathtaking and photorealistic to say the least: lush jungles where sunlight cuts through the vegetation, arid deserts swept by sandstorms, wide canyons, unspoiled beaches and even a snow-capped volcano. The seasons, which appeared in the previous game, will return in Forza Horizon 5. While we don’t have four different seasons like in Europe, the developers have insisted that the map will constantly evolve and change every week. In addition, the Mexican territory will be dotted with urbanized areas typical of the region, both in terms of large towns and small towns. Like the environments, the cars available will be surprisingly realistic and will even benefit from ray-tracing via Forzavista mode. In short, the new opus of the Playground Games saga promises to be one of the great end-of-year successes for the Redmond firm, as well as a great technological showcase for the Xbox Series X and S. Available in November 9 on the Xbox Game Pass console, on PC, and through cloud play.
